The Check-Out Report is issued with fair and accurate comments upon the condition of the property at the end of a tenancy. It is compared to with the original Inventory report issued at the start of the tenancy. The inspection is carried out when the tenants have cleared their items from the property and are ready to hand over the keys. The Inventory Clerk may suggests liabilities based on the check out comments on the report if necessary.
A Property Inspection can be carried out on request of the landlord to feedback the condition of the property whether it is routine, mid tenancy visit or if is vacant. The report is general summary of the property and may highlight any concerns and/or issues.

Quality Control
Snagging Inspections are designed to report any defects of a New Build/Ref property to the contractor. It is suggested to conduct this inspection a prior to completion allowing time for the contractors to correct any outstanding defects and/or work. It can be done within the first two years of completion of the New Build property. Inspections are done internally and externally visually for any defects with the structure, fixtures and fittings. We do not conduct thermal heat loss inspections.
